The Beverello Terminal is open every day of the year, with hours varying depending on the routes and the season. The opening hours of ticket offices, refreshment points, and other services are available on our website or on the dedicated noticeboards in the Terminal.

Services Offered

The Beverello Terminal offers a range of services to facilitate access and use of maritime transport for passengers passing through.

Here are our main services:

Where we embark and disembark: access to the islands of the Gulf of Naples, Capri, Ischia, Sorrento, Procida, and other maritime destinations, which are particularly popular during the summer.
Ticket Offices: The ticket offices for the shipping companies Alilauro, Caremar, Nlg, and Snav are located inside the Terminal.
Passenger Assistance: We are attentive to passengers wishing to depart. In addition to providing directions, our staff is available to help navigate the Terminal. We are also attentive to passengers wishing to visit us, which is why we have chosen to create an environment that is a true welcome hub for passengers. Special attention is paid to assisting disabled passengers and pregnant women.
Restrooms: We have restrooms within the Terminal, adjacent to the bar, which are accessible for a fee.
Free Wi-Fi: Internet and Wi-Fi access is free in all common areas; simply log in.

Refreshment Areas: The bar is located inside the Terminal and offers a range of options, from simple snacks to drinks and more complete meals, with seating available both inside and outside.
Luggage Storage: Inside the Terminal, there is the Luggage Storage Gallery, an automated service that allows passengers to move around independently.
Shop: The Terminal has a newsstand and offers souvenirs and gadgets.
Parking: There is a controlled traffic zone on Via Acton, one of the access points. Cars and motorbikes may arrive and park for a maximum of 15 minutes to allow departing passengers sufficient time to disembark.

Passengers' Rights and Responsibilities

Passengers have the right to:
- Use the Terminal's services in safety and in compliance with current regulations;
- Be informed in real time about changes to departure times and other operational changes;
- Receive assistance if needed, particularly in emergency situations or with disabilities.
Passengers are required to:
- Comply with the Terminal and shipping company safety regulations;
- Safely store their ticket and present it upon boarding;
- Be punctual to avoid delays in boarding.
- Refrain from vandalism and take care of the property hosting them.
